1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Quizcashpot, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Website.

2. Account Registration and Security

• To participate in quizzes and be eligible for prizes, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Quizcashpot immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Quizcashpot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. Eligibility for Prizes

• Participation in quizzes and eligibility for cash prizes are strictly limited to residents of Nigeria.
• All cash prizes will be awarded and disbursed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) ONLY.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Quizcashpot are not eligible to participate in quizzes for cash prizes.

4. Quiz Participation and Rules

• Each quiz will have specific rules, including but not limited to, entry fees (if any), duration, scoring methods, and criteria for determining winners. These rules will be clearly displayed before you begin a quiz.
• You agree to abide by the rules of each quiz you participate in. Any attempt to manipulate results, use automated programs, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and potential account termination.
• Quizcashpot reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any quiz at its sole discretion, including in cases of technical issues, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Prize Awards and Disbursement

• Winners will be determined based on the scoring criteria outlined for each specific quiz.
• Quizcashpot will make reasonable efforts to contact winners using the information provided in their account. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 days), the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected or the prize may be rolled over.
• Cash prizes will be disbursed to verified winners via secure electronic transfer to a Nigerian bank account provided by the winner.
• Winners may be required to provide valid identification and bank account details for verification purposes before prize disbursement.
• Quizcashpot is not responsible for any taxes, levies, or other charges that may be imposed on cash prizes by government authorities. Winners are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable tax laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or unfair advantage in quizzes.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website or the data contained therein.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its related systems, or networks.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful programs.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Quizcashpot Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Quizcashpot or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. Your use of the Website does not grant you any ownership rights to any content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content, services, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. 9. Limitation of Liability
