Quizcashpot is committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for all users. Refunds are generally not issued for quiz entry fees once a quiz has started, as participation constitutes consumption of the service. However, we offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Pre-Quiz Cancellations: If you cancel your entry before the quiz start time and at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start, you are eligible for a full refund of the entry fee in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
• Technical Issues: If a quiz is canceled by Quizcashpot due to technical failures or other issues beyond your control, all participants will receive a full refund or credit for a future quiz at our discretion.
• Duplicate Entries: In cases of accidental duplicate payments for the same quiz, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
• Non-Participation Due to Website Error: If you are unable to participate due to a verifiable error on our end (e.g., payment processing failure), a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds are not available for quizzes that have started or completed, even if you did not finish or achieve the desired score.

3. Refund Process

• To request a refund, contact our support team at contact@quizcashpot.com with your account details, quiz ID, and a clear explanation of the issue.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident or purchase date.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer or mobile money) within 5-10 business days.
• All refunds are issued in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may be subject to any applicable bank fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Quizcashpot reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or appear fraudulent.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Entry fees for quizzes that have begun or ended.
• Any voluntary donations or premium subscriptions (if applicable).
• Cash prizes won are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Refunds for partial participation or dissatisfaction with quiz difficulty/content.

5. Changes to This Policy

Quizcashpot may update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
